Understanding the fundamentals of Business Assurance – Enrol and earn CPD hours

Every business consists of three parties: the business (management), the owner, and the employees. All the parties have their own risks and financial needs that must be covered by a business assurance product. The Moonstone Business School of Excellence has developed a CPD course about the fundamentals of business assurance. The aim of this course is to build fundamental knowledge on business assurance and to provide guidance on the purpose, principles, main rules and tax implications of business assurance solutions.

After completion of this course you will be able to –

Demonstrate fundamental knowledge on the different business entities and income tax for businesses
Demonstrate fundamental knowledge of buy and sell agreements
Understand how to structure and fund key person insurance solutions
Understand how to structure and fund a preferred compensation scheme and how to address deferred compensation schemes
Demonstrate fundamental knowledge on other business assurance solutions including business contingency, debit and credit loan plans
