Directive 11 takes effect as FIC opens detailed RCR guidance for comment
The FIC is inviting industry comment on draft guidance that sets out how institutions must complete and submit their 2026 risk and compliance returns before the April deadline.

FIC’s goAML will be offline from 8 to 14 September for upgrade
Ensure registrations and filings are finalised by 5pm on 8 September and back up all records – the old system will be retired after the upgrade.
