Many learners experience problems when trying to understand the legislation they are required to master in preparing for the level 1 regulatory exams. Whilst there is study material available in layman’s language, the exam questions are drawn up using the qualifying criteria and actual legislation, and many candidates find it heavy going to interpret this if they have never actually read the legislation.
