The prestigious 2016 FIA Awards gala dinner took place on Thursday, 2 June 2016, and was attended by over 1 000 industry members. The awards go to the insurance, underwriting and investment brands that provide the best support to the country’s financial advisers and insurance brokers.
The 18th FIA Awards is one of the most comprehensive broker satisfaction benchmarks produced in South Africa. This year the independent survey firm, Bluestream, evaluated 7 150 contracts over an 18-week period. More than 24 500 telephone calls were placed to finalise the interviews.
